Noor Syafiroz bin Mohd Noor, Malaysian, aged 39, was appointed to the Board as the Executive Director on 25 July 2014.

He graduated in 1998 from La Trobe University, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce. He has over four (4) years audit experience and over thirteen (13) years in business and business management.

 

He started his career with Messrs. Ernst and Young in 1998 as an auditor. Subsequently in 2002, he left and joined Silacom Sdn Bhd as General Manager. In 2005, he joined Sedania Corporation Sdn Bhd (“SCSB”) as the General Manager for business management where he was involved in acquiring content rights for Internet Protocol television platforms. He was subsequently promoted to Director of Operations in 2006. He has held various positions within the SCSB group serving as Executive Director of IDOTTV from 2004 onwards and CEO of IDOTTV from 2008 to 2010. Between 2011 and 2012, he was also appointed as the CEO of Sedania As Salam Capital Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of SCSB.

 

Noor Syafiroz bin Mohd Noor does not hold any directorship in any other public corporation. Noor Syafiroz bin Mohd Noor and Datuk Noor Azrin bin Mohd Noor, the Managing Director of the Group, are siblings.
